AUTOMATIC RENEWAL BILLING


In order to provide you with a continuous service, for your convenience, PumasLove uses automatic renewal billing. When purchasing a membership package, you agree to automatic renewal billing. This means that once the billing period of your current credit package has come to an end, it will be automatically renewed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on package you have. If you choose the 3 days membership package it will convert to the 1 month membership package and you will be automatically billed at the price of the 1 month membership package on the due date.If you buy a 1 month, 3 months, 6 months membership package, you will be automatically billed at the price of your current package once your billing period has expired.


Credit packages are purchased separately of membership packages and are not rebilled automatically. Please be aware that all unused credits are not refundable or transferable.


In case of failure of automatic repeat billing on the due date or when your accountmembership expire, we shall reattempt, without further authorisation from you, recurring payments on various days up until a period of 26 days after the payment due date or credit package cancellation from your side. Please note that if automatic repeat billing has failed due to insufficient funds on your credit card, you will be billed at the discounted price that varies according to the day the recurring payment is made. If this is not successful we shall try to charge you the full, not discounted, price on successive renewal attempts. If automatic renewal has failed for any other reason, the recurring fee reverts to the original, not discounted, price.


The fees payable for each of our Membership Packages are set out on the payment page at the point of payment. Please review the payment page carefully when you come to make payment.


Disputes about Billing


In the event that you disagree with any charge made to your account, you agree to contact us: payment@pumaslove.com with a view to resolving the dispute prior to making a formal notification to your credit card company. You must contact us either by email or telephone, stating your reasons for dispute of the charge. This will enable us to accurately and promptly assess your complaint and, where justified, credit your card with the disputed amount in a timely manner to avoid any further inconvenience to you.


You can cancel automatic billing at any time before the expiration date and prior to credit balance reduction as specified above. To cancel the automatic billing you should send an email to payment@pumaslove.com specifying the reason for cancelling your automatic repeat billing. Our Support Team will review your cancel request as soon as possible.
